Please complete section 1.1. I've gotten a few questions already - here are a few hints: the standard form for a circle was given in section 1.0 #6; On 1.1 #3, remember that a tangent to a circle would be perpendicular to the radius of the circle at the point of intersection - in other words: think negative reciprocal slope.
