For Monday 10/13

In class we completed the 1.9 supplement on eccentricity. For homework, prepare your solutions to 1.9 (5,6) and 1.10 (5). These are all presentation problems.

Our Chapter 1 test will be next Wednesday 10/15. It will cover all of chapter 1, but with special emphasis on the material covered since the last test (1.7-1.10). In preparation, I suggest a couple things:

1. Make sure you can do every single exercise from our course documents.
   
2. Correct your test to make sure you have mastered the material from 1.0 to 1.6. Do your official corrections with me if you have time.
3. Drop by or send me an email if you have any questions. You have lots of time to master this material, review sooner rather than later.
